The conceptual solution planned a small settlement of 6 villas in the suburbs of Dubrovnik, overlooking the Koločep Channel and the Elaphite Islands. Given the steep topography of the terrain, the design challenge was to blend the architecture into the natural landscape, which is why 2 types of villas were created, separated by a driveway. The design uses natural materials and indigenous Mediterranean horticulture, in order to preserve the surrounding nature to the greatest extent possible, which has become an integral part of the design, flowing into the interior.
