Ihtys is a lighting fixture with simple lines created during the development of the concept for the reconstruction of the entrance area of the Monastery of St. Clare in the old town of Dubrovnik. Ihtys is inspired by the shape of the fish (Greek: IHTYS – Iesus Hristos Theou Yhios Soter – Jesus Christ Son of God Savior), a symbol of early Christianity.
The lighting fixture is characterized by simplicity and high functionality, and by combining multiple lighting fixtures, a modern and interesting spatial installation is achieved within the space that is a protected cultural asset.
