The project includes the construction of a modern vacation house with a pool, in a Mediterranean style, which is located not far from Cavtat, on the site oriented towards the sea and the nearby islands. The house is designed as a two-storey building with two residential units. Each unit has double rooms with separate bathrooms and balconies, a spacious kitchen and a living room with an exit to the terrace with the pool and sun deck. Simple and minimalistic geometry is presented in a white square volume with vertical brise-soleils, which is cantilevered above the ground area of the house.
The specific feature of the house is a continuous balcony on the first floor that is sequentially divided by white vertical brise-soleils. The house is surrounded by green gardens with Mediterranean plants – lavender, sage and rosemary and orange and lemon trees.
