The range of products on hexagonal gondolas include selected wines, different cheese types, olive oil, dried fruit, chocolate and organic cosmetics. The products from the Dubrovnik region are situated on a specific red shelf under the name Finest of Dubrovnik.
The most specific feature of the new design is the tasting bar, which is located at the entrance part of the shop as an interactive space where passengers have the opportunity to try the most famous delicacies that Croatia can offer; from the best selection of wines, awarded olive oils to different treats.
The whole concept of the expansion of the duty-free shop has the new Finest of Croatia visual identity, which was created in cooperation with the awarded design studio Šesnić&Turković.

The construction of the new Terminal C at the Dubrovnik Airport has resulted in the expansion of the existing duty-free shop, which is now, with the surface of 1000 m2, the largest duty-free shop in Croatia. Our office took on a task of designing the interior for the positioning of autochthonous Croatian products, with a special emphasis on the Dubrovnik region. The aim of the project was to present a unique experience of the Croatian ethno and gastro offer and excellent service.
The motif of the design is based on the chemical structure of the product, the hexagonal raster, which is presented on each product. Hexagonal polygons, where the products are presented, were created during the design process and completed the whole idea of the design. The materials, carefully selected to give a dose of luxury, are warm light maple and brass details.
