“Finest of Croatia” at the location of Pile at the very entrance to the old city of Dubrovnik is the third realized concept store after the implementation of the store of the same name in Dubrovnik Airport in 2017 and Split Airport in 2019. “Finest of Croatia” with its modern interior represents autochthonous Croatian products with a special emphasis on the local region and aims to present a unique experience of Croatian ethnological heritage and gastronomic offer.
The design motif is based on the chemical structure of the product on the hexagonal grid that is present on each product individually. In the design process, hexagonal polygons were created on which the products are displayed today, thus creating a rounded whole in terms of design. During the design, care was also taken in the selection of materials, so that warm materials such as light maple were used in the interior, and brass details add a touch of luxury. The range of products on hexagonal gondolas ranges from selected wines, various cheeses, olive oils, dried fruit, chocolate and organic cosmetics.
